I\u2019m excited to take on the role of trainer for the Agile Fundamentals session, where we\u2019ll explore the core concepts of Agile, from the Agile Manifesto and its principles to the basics of Scrum. The session will conclude with a hands-on Scrum simulation using Lego, allowing participants to experience Agile ways of working in a practical and collaborative setting. Through this learning experience, the goal is to build a shared understanding of Agile while encouraging teams to learn by doing and reflect through real interaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
