Increase amount collected by 5% in 3 months time by switching voucher receival method
Instead of getting a voucher that needs to be exchanged at the next transaction, I changed the benefit for paying the bill early into a direct discount so that the process is faster and more motivating.
Additional Amount Collected without Visit by SMS/WA, with 0.2% cost ratio
Efishery is finding ways to constantly nudge customer to pay their bill, especially in rural area that out of reach by collector. So, I propose to automate broadcast reminder message every 30 days.
Improve Productivity by Automatic Customer to Collector Assignment
Collector assignment is defined by its bucket and location. And bucket itself is dynamic based on how many days customer has been overdue. We create automatic assignment so that customer always assigned based on the right bucket and location on a daily basis.
